How to press seams open

In bag making, there's quite a bit of ironing to do. Those darn seams - you need to iron them open. If possible, iron on the stitching first. It makes ironing seams open a bit easier. <I don't always do it. hahaha> If you own a sleeve board, you can use it when there's a opening to accommodate the board. But what happens when there are no openings?

First you iron one side open.

Then you flip over and iron the other side.

Seams ironed open.

Ironing something curvy? No problem. Cut V notches in the curved areas and iron the seams open, one side at a time.
